Fulton County DA's Office Declines to Prosecute Radio Personality Big Tigger in Domestic Dispute Case
The Fulton County District Attorney's Office has decided not to prosecute radio personality Big Tigger, whose legal name is Darian Morgan, on charges stemming from a domestic dispute earlier this summer. This decision was communicated to the Sandy Springs Police Department last week. Morgan was arrested on June 20 by the Sandy Springs Police Department and booked into the Fulton County Jail on charges of aggravated assault and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a $10,000 bond the same day. The arrest was linked to an altercation involving his wife, Alicia Brown, in May. Morgan has consistently denied the allegations. Following his arrest, Big Tigger stepped away from his radio show in July to focus on his family and legal matters. Separately, his wife, Alicia Brown, has filed a federal lawsuit against the Fulton County sheriff, alleging an erroneous felony warrant led to a "high-risk" traffic stop and her arrest in July for an unrelated case.
