A flood watch is active until Wednesday evening, with flash flooding, downed trees, and debris posing risks across the region. The Ohio River is expected to crest at 37.7 feet on Friday morning, marking the highest level this year but remaining below flood stage. Power outages are widespread, with approximately 17,000 Duke Energy customers, several hundred Owen Electric customers, and 10 Kentucky Utilities Company customers affected as of Wednesday morning.
