Boy Helps Rescue Puppy from Storm Drain in Harris County, Texas
A young boy named Logan played a crucial role in the rescue of a puppy that was found trapped deep inside a storm drain in Harris County, Texas. According to Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies responded to the 14400 block of Cypress Rosehill Road on Sunday night after Logan discovered the distressed animal. Following the rescue, deputies transported the puppy to the Animal ER of Northwest Houston for medical attention. At the veterinary hospital, staff performed necessary procedures, including removing matted fur, trimming its nails, and providing deworming treatment. The puppy did not have a microchip. After receiving care, the puppy is now recovering and was even present at a roll call with deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office.
