Cassville Man Drowns After Jet Ski Capsizes on Table Rock Lake

A 58-year-old man from Cassville, Missouri, drowned after his jet ski capsized on Table Rock Lake. The incident occurred on Saturday around 5:17 p.m., approximately one mile southeast of Eagle Rock. According to investigators, the man was operating a 1991 Yamaha watercraft, traveling south, when he executed a sharp right turn. This maneuver caused him to lose his balance, leading to the vessel capsizing. He was ejected from the jet ski and went underwater, failing to resurface. His body was subsequently recovered and positively identified on Sunday. Authorities have confirmed that the next of kin has been notified, but the man's name has not been publicly released.
