Polish Missionaries' Martyrdom in Peru Highlights Faith and Commitment Amidst Conflict
In 1991, two Polish missionaries, Fathers Michal Tomaszek and Zbigniew Strzalkowski, were killed by the Shining Path guerrillas in Peru. Despite the danger, they chose to remain with the communities they served, embodying the Gospel through their dedication and sacrifice.
