Shanghai Ravioli Recalls Nearly 25,000 Pounds of Frozen Buffalo Chicken Due to Inspection Failure
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced that Shanghai Ravioli Corporation is recalling approximately 24,900 pounds of frozen, not-ready-to-eat buffalo chicken products. The recall was initiated because the products were not properly inspected, raising concerns about potential undeclared allergens or harmful bacteria. These products were distributed to food service locations across several Northeastern states, including Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. As of the announcement, there have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these recalled products.
