Robert Green Morgan, a Dayton lawyer who served as an assistant public defender for two decades, passed away on March 15 at the age of 64. From 2004 to 2024, Morgan was an integral part of the 12th Judicial District, which encompasses Grundy, Marion, and Franklin counties in Tennessee. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in the establishment of the district's Drug Court. Morgan earned his law degree from Nashville School of Law in 2001.
