Dalton Police Seek Suspect in Walmart Shoplifting Incident
Dalton police are actively searching for a man accused of shoplifting approximately $170 worth of car gear from a Walmart store on Shugart Road. The incident occurred on a recent Sunday. Surveillance footage reportedly shows the suspect entering the store, proceeding directly to the automotive section with a shopping cart, and loading it with various items. These items included Jensen 3-way 6-by-9-inch car speakers and several cleaning products from brands like Chemical Guys and Armor All. The man then exited the store through the garden center without attempting to pay for the merchandise. Authorities have described the suspect as having multiple tattoos on his right forearm and knuckles. He was observed wearing all black attire, a black ballcap, and black Goodr sunglasses with gold mirrored lenses. Additionally, surveillance images indicate he was using an Android phone.
