Missing New York Grandmother Alisa Goods Found Deceased Near Las Vegas Airport
Alisa Goods, a 63-year-old grandmother from New York who had been missing since August 16 after traveling to Las Vegas, has been found deceased. Her body was discovered in a drainage ditch near Wayne Newton Boulevard and the Terminal 1 parking garage at Harry Reid International Airport on Thursday at 1:45 a.m. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported that surveillance video from August 8 shows Goods falling down an embankment, getting back up, and then collapsing. Police indicated she did not move after the collapse, and her location was not visible from the street. The exact cause and manner of her death have not yet been released. Goods had traveled to Las Vegas for a vacation and was last seen near East Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane. Her family grew concerned after she missed her flight back to New York and had traveled to Las Vegas to aid in search efforts.
