Driver Charged After Fatal Crash Involving Milligan University Cycling Team in Tennessee
Two sophomores from Milligan University, Haylan Engdahl and Brayden Rogers, were killed, and seven other college cyclists were injured in a crash on Highway 19 in Carter County, Tennessee.
