Franklin Police Seek Tesla Driver After School Bus Passing Incident
The Franklin Police Department in Massachusetts is requesting public assistance to identify the driver of a Tesla vehicle. The driver is accused of illegally passing a stopped school bus while a student was in the process of crossing the road. The incident occurred on a Tuesday morning near the intersection of Chestnut Street and Griffin Road. Video evidence, provided by Holmes Bus Lines and the Franklin Public School District, reportedly shows the Tesla driving past the bus as the student crossed the street. Authorities have released an image of the vehicle and are urging anyone with information, including witnesses or the driver themselves, to contact ccrosman@franklinma.gov.
