Cheyenne Man Faces Felony Charges for Car Vandalism After Parking Lot Dispute
In Cheyenne, Wyoming, a 20-year-old man named Charles Bell is facing felony charges after a parking lot altercation led to vandalism. The incident occurred at a Walmart on Dell Range Boulevard, where Bell allegedly scratched profane language into another man's car, causing approximately $2,000 in damages. The altercation began when Bell accused the victim of parking too closely. Surveillance footage reportedly captured Bell keying the car and leaving a note on the windshield. Bell is charged with felony property destruction, which could result in up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. An arrest warrant has been issued, and Bell is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
