Columbus Police Discover Two Deceased Adults Following Child's 911 Call
Columbus police found two adults deceased in a residence on the 2800 block of Bannon Court after a young child placed a 911 call late Monday afternoon, indicating that someone inside the home might have died. Officers were dispatched at 4:49 p.m. and discovered a man and a woman in separate rooms. Medics pronounced both individuals dead shortly after 5 p.m. The child was present at the home when authorities arrived. According to Columbus Police Sgt. Joseph Albert, the victims appeared to have been in a domestic relationship. There were no signs of gunshot wounds on either individual, and police do not believe gunfire was involved in their deaths.
