Columbus Police Discover Two Deceased Adults Following Child's 911 Call
Columbus police found two adults deceased in a residence on the 2800 block of Bannon Court after a young child placed a 911 call late Monday afternoon, indicating that someone inside the home might have died. Officers were dispatched at 4:49 p.m. and discovered a man and a woman in separate rooms. Medics pronounced both individuals dead shortly after 5 p.m. The child was present at the home when authorities arrived. According to Columbus Police Sgt. Joseph Albert, the victims appeared to have been in a domestic relationship. There were no signs of gunshot wounds on either individual, and police do not believe gunfire was involved in their deaths. Investigators have stated they are not actively searching for suspects and have assured the community there is no ongoing threat. While Sgt.
