Fourteen individuals have been indicted in connection with an alleged cocaine distribution operation linked to two fraternities at Penn State University: Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi. Among those charged is 24-year-old Agostino Abbatiello from Westbury, New York, who prosecutors identify as the largest distributor in the ring, allegedly at the 'very top of the chain.' The investigation indicates that the drug activities, including hazing involving cocaine, occurred during 2023 and 2024.
