White House Releases Memo Confirming President Trump's 'Excellent Health' Post-Checkup
The White House has released a memo from Dr. Sean Barbabella, President Trump's physician, confirming that Trump remains in 'excellent health' following a recent medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The memo details Trump's strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function. It also notes improvements in slight lower leg swelling and mentions scarring on Trump's right ear from a past assassination attempt. Trump is on a regimen of cholesterol medications and aspirin, which, along with frequent handshaking, has led to benign bruising on his hands. The president also achieved a perfect score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment.
