Russia Denies Allegations of Cyber Collaboration with Iran Against Ukraine
The Russian Foreign Ministry has denied claims made by Ukrainian intelligence that Russian and Iranian hackers are collaborating on cyberattacks. The allegations, reported by Reuters, suggest that Russia and Iran have joined forces to conduct cyber operations. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova refuted these claims, labeling them as false and accusing Ukraine of spreading lies. Zakharova also countered by accusing Ukraine of conducting its own cyberattacks against Russia. The denial comes amid broader strategic ties between Moscow and Tehran, with Ukraine alleging that Russia has shared satellite imagery to assist Iran in targeting U.S. and regional installations.
