Jeopardy! Champion Joey DeSena Arrested on Felony Peeping Charges
Philip Joseph 'Joey' DeSena, a two-day champion on the game show Jeopardy!, was arrested on December 1 on two felony 'peeping' charges. According to a warrant filed by the Currituck County Sheriff's Office in North Carolina, DeSena is accused of installing cameras in a victim's bedroom and bathroom on October 10, 2025. The 43-year-old development engineer from Raleigh was taken into custody and was not granted bond. DeSena first appeared on Jeopardy! in November 2024, winning his debut episode and becoming a two-day champion. He later participated in the Champions Wildcard tournament in January 2025.
