ATF Director Cekada Addresses Misconceptions on Federal Firearms Regulatory Reforms
Robert Cekada, Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), has publicly addressed what he describes as sensationalist rhetoric and questionable legal claims from gun control advocates regarding the agency's proposed regulatory reforms. These reforms aim to update, correct, and streamline federal firearms regulations, aligning them with President Trump's Executive Order 14206, 'Protecting Second Amendment Rights,' and recent federal court rulings.
