September Harvard CAPS / Harris Poll Reveals Democrats Lead Midterm Horserace, President Trump's Approval at 42%
The September Harvard CAPS / Harris poll indicates that Democrats hold a 2-point lead among likely voters in the midterm elections. President Trump's approval rating has dropped to 42%.
