Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday recently joined leaders from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania to discuss initiatives aimed at protecting and supporting students as they return to school. Attorney General Sunday highlighted the office's actions, including a landmark settlement with Meta concerning the addictiveness of its platforms. Similar lawsuits have also been filed against Snapchat and TikTok. He also shared the success of last year's 'teenTALK' program, which involved a series of chats with Pennsylvania students, and introduced new programming from his office. Attorney General Sunday emphasized the challenges parents face with rapidly changing technology and reiterated his commitment to prioritizing children's safety and mental well-being, stressing the importance of in-person connections provided by organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs.
