Ohio Woman Charged with Threatening to 'Shoot Up' Delhi Township Daycare
Jydan Rankin, a 29-year-old woman from Over-the-Rhine, Ohio, has been accused of threatening to 'shoot up' a Delhi Township daycare. According to newly filed court records, Rankin is currently held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on misdemeanor charges of inducing panic and aggravated menacing. The alleged offense occurred on Friday, and she was arrested on Saturday. Court and jail records indicate that her affidavit states she 'did knowingly cause alarm and the threat of physical harm by stating she was going to shoot up the school, located at 921 Anderson Ferry (road).'
