Boston Police Identify Texas Teen Wanted for Deadly Stabbing at South Station
Boston police have identified 17-year-old Marico Levy of Aubrey, Texas, as the suspect wanted for the fatal stabbing of 29-year-old Latavius Owens of Memphis, Tennessee. The incident occurred on August 12 at South Station in Boston. According to police, the two men had an altercation on an escalator leading to an exit from the train station, which escalated into violence. Officers responded to a report of a stabbing just after 5:30 p.m. and found Owens suffering from a stab wound. Owens was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. MBTA Transit Police have released photos of Levy and are asking for public assistance in locating him. Levy is described as a black male, 5’7” in height, 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
