The International Rescue Committee (IRC), a global humanitarian non-governmental organization, is actively seeking a Deputy Director of Program for its operations in Bogota, Colombia. This role is critical for leading the IRC's program strategy and ensuring effective implementation of humanitarian aid in Colombia and partner-led outreach programs in Ecuador. The IRC's efforts are focused on responding to the ongoing humanitarian crisis stemming from Venezuela, which has seen approximately 8 million Venezuelans leave their country. The organization provides essential services such as health, nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), economic recovery, protection, and education to Venezuelans within Colombia.
