This role is critical for leading the IRC's program strategy and ensuring effective implementation of humanitarian aid in Colombia and partner-led outreach programs in Ecuador. The IRC's efforts are focused on responding to the ongoing humanitarian crisis stemming from Venezuela, which has seen approximately 8 million Venezuelans leave their country.
