Emma Coronel, the wife of Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán, has publicly stated that her main TikTok account, which had 1.4 million followers, was suspended without explanation. Coronel, who was born in San Francisco, California, and grew up in Mexico, claims she was careful not to violate TikTok's strict guidelines. She expressed her frustration in a video posted on a new TikTok account, stating that the platform provided no reason for the suspension. Coronel, who previously served three years in prison for drug trafficking and money laundering, has transitioned into an influencer role, recently making her debut on Kick in a livestream with Mexican-American influencers Luis Ordóñez and Guillermo Peña. She mentioned that her psychiatrist and psychologist advised her to engage in new activities to combat depression, leading her to pursue social media influencing.
