New York Forum Explores Strengthening China-U.S. People-to-People Ties
A forum titled 'Our Shared Expectations: Conversation on China-U.S. Relations' was held in New York, hosted by the Chinese Consulate General. Over 150 representatives from U.S. business, education, and academia gathered to discuss methods for strengthening ties between China and the United States. The discussions heavily featured personal stories, ranging from social media engagement and student exchange programs to historical connections like the Flying Tigers. Andrew Cap, an English teacher and content creator, shared his experience as an online influencer promoting Chinese culture to American audiences.
