Mount Sinai's DigiTwin Project Advances Healthspan Modeling with AI
Dr. Zahi A. Fayad, a prominent figure at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, is leading the Mount Sinai DigiTwin Project, an AI-driven platform designed to personalize health optimization. This initiative integrates imaging, multi-omics, and real-time physiologic data to model whole-person healthspan, initially focusing on cardiovascular health. The project is part of Mount Sinai's broader Healthspan initiative, which aims to advance precision prevention across the healthcare system. Dr. Fayad and his team are also finalists in the $80 million XPRIZE Healthspan competition, where they are evaluating strategies to extend human healthspan.
