Hospice Savannah Rebrands as Georgia Care Innovators to Reflect Expanded Services
Hospice Savannah, after more than 45 years of providing end-of-life care, has launched a new organizational identity: Georgia Care Innovators. This rebranding reflects its expanding range of healthcare and community services beyond traditional hospice care. While Hospice Savannah will continue to operate under its established name, Georgia Care Innovators will serve as the shared identity for eight nonprofit services. These services support Georgians through various life challenges, including aging, serious illness, caregiving, and grief. The new identity is rooted in a philosophy of responding to unmet community needs, aiming to make Georgia a leader in person-centered healthcare and healthy aging.
