Canadian Woman Arrested for Stealing $43K in Gold and Silver, Fleeing to Arizona
Kaileigh Hogan, a 25-year-old Canadian national, has been arrested and faces felony charges after allegedly stealing $43,549 worth of gold and silver from a Pennsylvania home. Hogan reportedly intercepted a FedEx delivery, signed for it, and fled to Arizona. Her movements were tracked using license plate readers and flight logs, leading to her arrest at the U.S.-Canada border in Lewiston, N.Y. Hogan has been extradited to Bucks County, Pa., where she is being held on $1 million bail, facing charges of forgery, theft by stealing, and theft by deception.
