Man Arrested for Sneaking Onto JetBlue Plane in Florida
A man named Sammuel Prescott Lackey was arrested after being found sleeping on a JetBlue plane at a maintenance facility near Fort Lauderdale Airport. Lackey allegedly scaled an eight-foot fence topped with barbed wire to access the private hangar. He entered the aircraft using portable stairs and hid in the bathroom. His presence was discovered during a routine inspection, causing a service disruption costing JetBlue $2,400. Lackey faces charges of unarmed burglary, criminal mischief, and interruption of critical infrastructure. He is currently held on a $10,000 bond.
