Cleveland's Slavic Village Tests 'People's Budget' Pilot Program Amidst Procedural Concerns
A six-month, $100,000 pilot program, spearheaded by Participatory Budgeting Cleveland (PB CLE), is nearing its conclusion in Cleveland's Slavic Village.
