Hunton Andrews Kurth Advises TDOT on $9.2 Billion I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes Project
Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is advising the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) on the $9.2 billion I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes project, which is set to become America’s largest interstate Choice Lanes project. This initiative marks Tennessee's first transportation public-private partnership (P3) and aims to modernize the state's transportation infrastructure to meet the demands of population and economic growth. DriveTN, a consortium comprising Cintra, Transurban, Tikehau Star/Infra/Capital, Ferrovial, Webber, and AECOM, has been selected as TDOT’s private-sector partner through a competitive procurement process.
