Marquette Poll Reveals Declining Approval of U.S. Supreme Court
A recent Marquette Law School Poll indicates that national approval of the U.S. Supreme Court stands at 47%, marking a continued trend of ratings below 50% since November 2025. The poll highlights a significant partisan divide, with 74% of Republicans approving of the Court's performance compared to only 22% of Democrats. The survey also reveals that public perception of the justices is influenced by political affiliations, with liberal justices receiving more favorable opinions than their conservative counterparts. The poll surveyed 1,076 adults nationwide, with a margin of error of +/-3.2 percentage points.
