Bank of America Expands Support for Veterans and 9/11 Memorials Ahead of 25th Anniversary
Bank of America is significantly increasing its financial commitment to military service members, first responders, and organizations dedicated to 9/11 memorials as the nation approaches the 25th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. A key part of this initiative is a new $250,000 commitment to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s 'Veteran Villages' project. This project aims to provide permanent housing and comprehensive support services to homeless and vulnerable veterans across 14 U.S. markets, including Las Vegas, Detroit, Buffalo, Charlotte, Long Island, and New Jersey. Bank of America employees will also assemble 3,000 'Welcome Home' care kits for veterans entering these facilities.
