Longevity Doctor Peter Attia Faces Backlash Over Epstein Email Revelations
Dr. Peter Attia, a prominent figure in the longevity movement, is facing significant backlash following the release of email exchanges with the late Jeffrey Epstein. These emails, part of the latest batch of Epstein files released by the Justice Department, reveal a friendly relationship between Attia and Epstein, including jokes and discussions about Epstein's health. The controversy arises as CBS News recently hired Attia as a contributor, prompting the network to pull a scheduled rerun of a '60 Minutes' segment featuring him. Attia has publicly apologized, stating that his interactions with Epstein were unrelated to Epstein's criminal activities and that he was not involved in any wrongdoing. Despite this, Attia has parted ways with several companies, including AG1 and David, where he held advisory and executive roles.
