President Lee Embarks on U.S. and Latin America Tour to Boost AI and Semiconductor Collaboration
President Lee Jae Myung of South Korea is set to begin an 11-day tour of the U.S., Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, with a focus on enhancing global collaboration in artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductors. The tour aims to diversify supply chains and form economic security partnerships with resource-rich Latin American countries. In the U.S., President Lee will meet with leaders of major AI companies and attend the San Francisco AI Summit. The tour will also include state visits to Brazil, Chile, and Argentina to strengthen economic ties and discuss trade agreements.
