New Affordable Housing in Austin Supported by $2M Grant from FHLB Dallas and Bank OZK
A new affordable housing development, The Roz, has opened in Austin, Texas, supported by a $2 million grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) and Bank OZK. The 100-unit apartment complex is designed to assist individuals transitioning out of homelessness, offering on-site case management and serving residents earning 30 to 60 percent of the area median income. The development is part of a broader effort to address the demand for affordable housing in the region, with the grant being part of $78.9 million awarded by FHLB Dallas in 2024 to support similar initiatives.
