Iraqi Minister's Hesitation at Signing Ceremony with Turkey Resolved
During a signing ceremony in Ankara, a brief crisis occurred when Iraq's Transport Minister hesitated to sign a transportation agreement under the Development Road Project. The hesitation prompted Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to question the number of agreements, leading to intervention by Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi. The situation was resolved, and the agreement was signed.
