U.S.-Mexico Expert Emphasizes Interconnectedness and Global Engagement to Stan State Students
Rafael Fernández de Castro, a professor and director of the Center for United States-Mexican Studies at UC San Diego, delivered a lecture at Stanislaus State as part of the Presidential Distinguished Speaker Series.
