Farage explicitly told The Jerusalem Post that his party aims to rebuild the relationship based on shared interests and mutual respect. The discussion also touched upon the Falkland Islands, with Farage stressing the importance of Israel respecting British sovereignty and security interests in the region. This comes after Argentina recently threatened economic sanctions against international energy companies exploring for oil near the Falkland Islands.
