USDA Beltsville Agricultural Research Center Faces Closure and Staff Relocation Amidst Legal Challenges

This closure is part of a larger USDA reorganization plan announced in July, which involves relocating approximately 2,000 Washington D.C.-area researchers to various labs across the country, including Raleigh, North Carolina; Kansas City, Missouri; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
