While not a definitive announcement, Deluzio acknowledged the possibility, stating he has not yet made a decision. His current focus, he noted, is on assisting Democrats in Pennsylvania to secure congressional seats, achieve a governing majority for Governor Josh Shapiro in the state Senate, and expand the majority in the state House. This consideration comes amidst reports of criticism directed at Senator Fetterman regarding his perceived commitment to his duties, as detailed in a Wall Street Journal report which Fetterman has dismissed as 'lies, half-truths, innuendos, smears and anonymous.'
