The document suggests a comprehensive redevelopment of the golf course into a championship venue and a formal memorial space. However, these plans have not yet been publicly approved and would require a federal review process. The nonprofit, named the National Garden of American Heroes Foundation, is spearheading these efforts, with Meredith O'Rourke, a longtime Trump fundraiser, listed as a contact for potential donors.
