Supreme Court Allows Faith-Based Pregnancy Centers to Challenge Subpoena

The centers, operated by First Choice Women’s Resource Centers, were investigated for potentially misleading marketing practices. The decision may facilitate challenges to similar subpoenas by both liberal and conservative groups, impacting how state officials can investigate organizations.
