Prince Harry Faces Defamation Lawsuit from Sentebale Charity Over Media Campaign
Prince Harry is being sued for defamation by Sentebale, a charity he co-founded in Africa to honor his late mother, Princess Diana. The lawsuit, filed in London's High Court, accuses Harry and former trustee Mark Dyer of orchestrating a media campaign that has allegedly caused reputational harm to the charity. Sentebale, which supports young people living with HIV in Botswana and Lesotho, claims the campaign has led to operational disruptions and reputational damage. The legal action follows Harry's resignation as a patron last year amid a management dispute. The charity's chair, Sophie Chandauka, accused Harry of bullying and harassment, which he denies. The UK's Charity Commission investigated the matter, finding no evidence of bullying but criticized both parties for allowing the dispute to become public.
