Rapper Lil Jon Confirms Son's Death After Body Found in Pond Near Atlanta
American rapper Lil Jon has confirmed the death of his son, Nathan Smith, known professionally as DJ Young Slade, after police discovered a body in a pond north of Atlanta, Georgia. Nathan, a 27-year-old music producer, artist, and New York University graduate, was reported missing after leaving his home in Milton under unusual circumstances. The Milton police, along with other agencies, conducted a search that led to the discovery of a body in a nearby pond. Although the body is believed to be Nathan's, official confirmation is pending from the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office. The police have stated that there is no indication of foul play, but the investigation remains open and active.
