Families Sue Detroit Funeral Home Over Alleged Body Mix-Up and Cremation Error
Two families have filed lawsuits against Hutchison Funeral Home in Detroit, its owner Jaimie Hutchison, and Michigan Cremation Services, alleging careless and reckless handling of their loved ones' remains. One lawsuit, filed by the family of Kimberly Moore, claims that Moore was accidentally cremated before her scheduled viewing.
