Ukrainian Drones Target Russian Shadow Fleet in Black and Azov Seas
Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) have conducted a series of drone strikes against 13 vessels associated with Russia's shadow fleet in the Black and Azov Seas. This operation, known as 'Molochka,' aims to disrupt Russian maritime logistics used to transport oil and other cargo, circumventing international sanctions. The targeted vessels include dry cargo ships, an oil tanker, a gas carrier, a tugboat, and floating cranes. The USF's strategy is to disable these vessels' self-propelled capabilities without causing environmental damage, effectively turning them into non-operational barges. Since the operation began on July 6, a total of 172 vessels have been targeted.
