Weather conditions across major ports in North and South America are generally stable, with no significant disruptions expected. In the U.S. Gulf Coast, including Houston and the Galveston Offshore Lightering Area, weather is not anticipated to impact operations. Similarly, ports on the U.S. West Coast, such as Los Angeles and Long Beach, report strong bunker demand and improved fuel availability. In Latin America, Panama and Colombia maintain normal operations, while Argentina's Zona Comun may experience delays due to high wind gusts forecasted between August 6-9, 2026. Chile has steady fuel availability, though HSFO is no longer offered in the country.
