Deekshitha Raviprasad and Shivakumar won the Advanced Mixed Doubles Title at the Picklebay Zonals - South, PWR 1000 event. The duo put in a clinical performance
in the final, beating Urvi Abhyankar and Sahil Gujrathi 15-11 to end their campaign with the title. There was little to separate the two partnerships in the early stages of the contest, with both sides looking to find openings while avoiding giving away easy points. Raviprasad and Shivakumar, however, gradually began to find more control in the important exchanges. Rather than allowing the match to become rushed, the eventual champions kept their approach simple. Their partnership was built around smart shot selection and patience, which helped them deal with the pressure of a final.
