Former Australian cricketer Glenn McGrath is widely regarded as one of the best fast bowlers to play cricket. He is the second highest wicket-taker of all time for Australia after Shane Warne, and has
taken most wickets for the country as a fast bowler. Featuring in 124 Tests, 381 ODIs, and two T20Is, McGrath has piked 948 wickets in his international career, including 563 wickets in Test cricket. He has also lifted the ODI World Cup with Australia in 1999, 2003, and 2007.

Third fastest to 300 wickets in ODIs: Apart from Test cricket, McGrath is the third fastest to 300 wickets in ODIs. He achieved the feat in Australia’s match against Pakistan in Melburne on 4 February 2005 and he stands only behind Brett Lee and Waqar Younis.
